Job summary

Equiti Group is seeking a Client Success Manager to manage client relationships and optimize the customer journey across our healthcare and language access platforms. You will collaborate with hospital executives and clinicians to understand needs, drive improvements, and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management within the language access or related industry, plus a healthcare/tech background.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a customer-centric culture within the Client Success Team.
• Develop deep product knowledge to educate and assist clients.
• Build and maintain relationships to drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
• Manage accounts to maximize value from products and services.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new clients.
• Educate clients on product and industry compliance topics.
• Assess customer health scores and address issues proactively.
• Resolve client issues and advocate for client concerns internally.
• Collect and relay client feedback for continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Meet KPIs and collaborate across departments to execute client strategies.
• Assist in planning and organizing sales meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
