Role

Salary range: $106,277 - $175,000. This position is bonus and/or commission eligible.

Reporting to Sales Leadership, the Client Partner manages and grows a portfolio of client relationships for CCC Intelligent Solutions. The role focuses on deepening commercial partnerships, driving account growth, and expanding adoption of CCC’s strategic products.

The Client Partner serves as a trusted advisor, balancing relationship management with disciplined sales execution. Key responsibilities include prioritizing across a portfolio, identifying whitespace, building pipeline, and executing structured sales plays while maintaining a consultative, value‑driven approach.

There is flexibility around location. Significant travel will be required to visit clients and to spend time with senior leadership at CCCIS headquarters in Chicago.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage day‑to‑day commercial relationships for a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across the client portfolio, with a primary emphasis on strategic growth products.
  • Develop and execute annual account plans to support consistent year‑over‑year growth, including whitespace analysis, pipeline development, and disciplined sales execution.
  • Build and maintain a healthy, well‑qualified pipeline, advancing opportunities through a defined sales process and maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Partner closely with customer delivery teams to monitor client satisfaction, ensure retention, and drive measurable value realization.
  • Represent the voice of the clients internally, sharing feedback to inform product innovation and go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Collaborate with peers and sales leadership to share best practices and contribute to a high‑performing sales culture.
  • Carry an annual ACV quota and hold accountability for revenue, pipeline, and forecast accuracy.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience building and managing client relationships, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven track record accelerating growth within existing client accounts, including identifying expansion opportunities, deepening executive relationships, and delivering measurable results.
  • Demonstrated tech sales competency, operating within a defined sales methodology, building pipeline from whitespace, running structured sales plays, managing a forecast, and navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder deals in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Experience calling on or working within the insurance industry is a significant plus, with familiarity of claims processes and insurance operations.
  • Collaborative stakeholder leadership: a confident communicator who builds trust with clients, peers, and internal teams, navigating complex organizations and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
Critical Leadership Capabilities
  • Driving Results:
    • Consistently meets and seeks to exceed account and revenue targets.
    • Identifies new opportunities within client relationships to extend value and deepen commercial impact.

    • Anticipates changes in the competitive and client landscape and adapts plans accordingly.
    • Thinks beyond immediate client needs to identify longer‑term partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborating and Influencing:
    • Works effectively across internal teams—delivery, product, and senior leadership—to mobilize resources for clients.
    • Earns the trust of senior client stakeholders through consistent follow‑through and deep knowledge of client needs.
    • Serves as a credible, proactive voice for the client within the CCCIS organization.
