Job summary

Nelnet Business Services (NBS), a division of Nelnet, Inc., is seeking an onboarding and customer success professional to manage the full lifecycle of client onboarding and ongoing success for the assigned platform.

You will lead demos, training, and workflow configuration, coordinate with product operations, and mentor teammates to ensure high adoption and satisfaction. This is a remote, full-time role with impact across education technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in customer success, onboarding, or implementation preferred.
• Certifications in PM or CS are a plus.
• Experience with SaaS platforms is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead new client onboarding from kickoff through go-live, including workflow configuration.
• Conduct product demos, discovery sessions, and client education to support adoption.
• Deliver customized administrator and end-user training and maintain resources.
• Develop and refine onboarding workflows and internal procedures.
• Mentor teammates on processes and client engagement.
• Monitor usage and re-engage low-usage customers for adoption.
• Serve as primary contact for ongoing questions and relationship management.
• Coordinate issue resolution and translate requirements across teams.
• Support major incident response and stabilize client experience.
• Conduct QA testing for product releases and provide insights.
