Job summary

Jorie AI is seeking a Client Success Director to own strategic relationships for healthcare clients after implementation. You will drive client satisfaction, retention, growth, and adoption of Revenue Cycle Management and AI-powered solutions, partnering with healthcare leaders to improve financial performance and operations.

You will lead executive reviews, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate with Product, Operations, Sales and Onboarding, and ensure measurable value and long-term

Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management, healthcare consulting, client success, or strategic account roles.
• Experience with hospitals/health systems and RCM providers.
• Proven success in managing executive client relationships and growing accounts.
• Experience driving revenue growth through upselling and service expansion.
• Familiarity with healthcare tech, automation, AI-enabled solutions, or RCM software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic client relationships.
• Identify and drive opportunities for account growth through upselling, cross-selling, service expansion, and adoption of additional solutions.
• Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning discussions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on revenue cycle performance, operational efficiencies, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Monitor client health, identify risks, and develop retention strategies.
• Partner with clients to uncover new business opportunities and deliver measurable value that supports revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Onboarding teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Act as the voice of the client and provide feedback to support innovation.
• Track and report on key client success metrics, business outcomes, retention, and growth opportunities.
