Job summary

The Human Reach is seeking a detail-oriented Client Success Associate to join our remote team, helping clients and coaches with efficient communications and administrative tasks. You will manage tickets, update records, and support coaches to ensure a smooth client journey.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service or virtual assistance, strong written English, and comfort using ticketing systems and CRM tools. This role offers remote work with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or client success roles.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM tools, and email management platforms; use of ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and manage helpdesk tickets.
• Moderate and engage with community channels as assigned.
• Support coaching sessions by coordinating reminders and resources.
• Maintain coaching call records and capture client wins.
• Update LinkedIn and resume files; track submissions; drive operational efficiency.
