Alegria Travel Services is seeking a Client Success Specialist to support clients from initial contact through ongoing relationship development. This remote, flexible part-time role focuses on clear communication, timely responses, and proactive service to ensure client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators who enjoy helping people, with excellent follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks remotely. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades
