Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking an experienced client services professional to manage assigned accounts and policies within the NASC enrollment services team. You will support producers, help develop renewal strategies, and coordinate renewals, marketing, and proposals for client retention and growth.

The role requires strong leadership, insurance licensing, and a proactive approach to onboarding new clients while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six or more years related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License.
• Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.

Responsibilities

• Supports Producer teams in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects interested in the NASC.
• Discusses and creates renewal strategy with Producer for continuing NASC products.
• Analyzes and compares current exposures and develops renewal or new business specifications for marketing the NASC products.
• Conducts marketing, negotiates rates, reviews quotes and coverages for competitiveness and accuracy.
• Reviews and summarizes marketing results and prepares proposals.
• Finalizes proposals and presentations in coordination with Producer.
• Manages the complexity of onboarding new clients for the NASC enrollment services team.
• Minimal travel required to meet high profile clients and represent the NASC during benefit fairs, or support producer with NASC representation.
• Provides technical guidance to staff assisting with client needs or procedural issues.
• Notifies brokers of pertinent information related to client retention.
• Meets with clients as needed or directed by Producer.
• Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity.
