Job summary

AO Globe Life offers a fully remote, independent contractor role focused on delivering client-centered service. You’ll handle enrollment, present personalized benefits, and build lasting client relationships from anywhere in the U.S., with mentorship and ongoing training.

Training, licensing guidance, and a performance-based compensation structure are provided, with inbound leads and flexible scheduling to support growth and advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or consultative roles is a plus
• Comfortable with virtual meetings and digital tools
• Own a Windows laptop/PC, webcam, and reliable internet
• Self-driven and organized, able to work independently
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Capable of obtaining required licensing if applicable

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent, client-centered service to customers
• Accurately handle documentation and stay on top of follow-ups
• Participate in mentorship, professional development, and team training
• Walk individuals through personalized supplemental benefit options
• Support the enrollment process from start to finish with professionalism
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
