Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs.
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom.
• Assess client needs and provide guidance on available benefit options.
• Assist individuals and families through the enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate and organized digital records and documentation.
• Deliver high-quality client service and follow-up support.
• Participate in weekly training sessions, mentorship programs, and team development calls.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and support team performance.
