Job summary

Urrly is seeking a Client Services Account Manager – Payer Healthcare Services to own relationships with health plans and drive operational delivery of Medicare and Medicaid programs. You will translate performance data and client feedback into action, ensuring program commitments are met.

You will coordinate onboarding with clinical, outreach, scheduling, operations and data teams, monitor service levels and deadlines, and lead business reviews with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare account management or client services.
• Medicare/Medicaid program experience in a payer or health-plan context.
• Knowledge of risk adjustment, HEDIS/quality improvement, or care-gap programs.
• Strong multi-workstream coordination with ability to translate reports into client-facing recommendations.
• Clear communication and proficient use of Excel or similar reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day health plan relationships, program commitments and client communications.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing delivery with clinical, outreach, scheduling, operations and data teams.
• Monitor service levels, volumes, quality and deadlines; resolve issues before they escalate.
• Lead business reviews with performance insights, action plans and follow-through.
• Align client expectations with internal priorities and contractual deliverables.
