Spade Recruiting seeks an entry-level Client Service Representative to be the first point of contact for members, explaining benefit options and answering questions in a remote work environment.

Ideal candidates enjoy people-focused work, collaboration, and building a meaningful career. Relevant experience is welcome but not required, with strong communication skills and tech comfort as assets.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education an asset).
• Experience in customer service, sales, or teamwork-based roles preferred but not required.
• Comfortable with technology, including Zoom and digital record systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct virtual consultations with members via Zoom or phone to review benefits programs
• Provide clear explanations, resolve concerns, and build long-term client trust
• Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation
• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals
• Share ideas and feedback to improve processes and enhance client experience
