Job summary

Aon Corporation is seeking a Client Service Manager for the Aon Pooled Employer Plan (Aon PEP). This is a virtual role with the flexibility to work from home or from any local US office.

The Client Service Manager will be the primary contact for service delivery to a portfolio of employers and will lead projects and oversee analysts. The role requires at least five years in retirement consulting, plan management, and client service, with strong Excel and data-analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in retirement consulting, plan management, and client service.
• Expert understanding of 401(k) plan design, administration, and compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills with census data, financial data, and plan calculations (VLOOKUP, IF).
• Ability to manage multiple clients and issues daily.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Aon PEP 401(k) plan to a portfolio of participating employers.
• Serve as the main client contact for service delivery and coordination with partners.
• Lead projects such as plan design changes, amendments, and custom communications.
• Oversee a team of analysts to ensure workflow is accurate and timely.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure plan compliance and client satisfaction.
