Job summary

Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company is seeking a Client Service Executive to own end-to-end service delivery for CGHB National Account clients in the United States, including coordinating with Sales and internal partners. You will analyze client data, drive service improvements, and lead discussions with executives.

Ideal candidates have strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills, with experience in account management and proactive service delivery in a remote/home-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in account services, sales or customer interaction.
• Ability to influence decision makers and manage conflicts.
• Strong analytical and presentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to build and sustain client relationships.
• Own end-to-end service delivery and resolve client needs.
• Develop service strategy and customize delivery for client needs.
• Escalate and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Attend client meetings to provide insights on complex issues.
• Monitor client metrics and report on service performance.
