Job summary

Expivia Marketing is seeking a Client Relationship & Scheduling Coordinator to support advisers' clients remotely, with mandatory in-person training at our Erie, PA office.

As a full-time, work-from-home role, you will schedule appointments, respond to inquiries by phone and email, and maintain calendars with accuracy, while delivering excellent service and organization. Starting pay is $14.00–$15.50 per hour, with a raise after 90 days and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Experience in customer service, scheduling, or sales (preferred).
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Positive attitude and commitment to client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with current clients of financial advisers by phone and email.
• Conduct scripted qualifying questions to understand client interest and needs.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage adviser appointments.
• Follow up with clients to maintain engagement and a positive experience.
• Keep adviser calendars organized and accurate.
