Job summary

Alay Home Care in Bayonne, New Jersey is seeking a full-time Customer Relationship Manager to join our remote-friendly team. You will nurture client relationships, answer inquiries, coordinate care schedules, and ensure high-quality service delivery to families relying on home health care.

You will work closely with our care team, requiring excellent communication, empathy, and a proactive approach. A valid driver's license, access to a computer, and travel up to 50% are required to support

Qualifications

• Must have a computer or laptop with internet access.
• Must be able to travel 50% for work.
• Must have a reliable vehicle for field work.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• At least 3 years of Support Coordination experience.
• Two work references available for contact.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Google Apps (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Docs, Hangouts)
• Bilingual, Spanish speaking a plus.
