Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm, concierge-level client support within Assetara workspace.

• Manage unread client threads, ensure SLA adherence, and perform proactive outreach to clients.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM, avoiding unnecessary personal data.
• Identify red flags or compliance issues and escalate per company rules.
