• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread client threads and ensure SLA compliance with proactive outreach.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes in the system, avoiding unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify red flags, complaints, or security issues per company rules.
