• Client Communication: Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise communication exclusively within the Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Concierge Support: Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context, and assist clients with platform navigation while adhering to compliance.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread threads, maintain SLA discipline, and conduct proactive client outreach within approved boundaries.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes in the system, avoiding unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify red flags, complaints, security incidents, or unapproved matters and escalate per compliance rules.
