• Ability to obtain Life & Health Insurance License before licensed activities.
• Self-motivated, coachable, capable of working independently.
• Excellent client service and communication, with a professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Work with warm leads supplied by the company.
• Schedule and conduct virtual client meetings.
• Review individual and family insurance needs.
• Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health coverage.
• Build trust through clear communication and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate documentation and client records.
