Training, licensing support, and ongoing development are provided, with an emphasis on performance and growth. The position is remote nationwide across the United States, with no hourly or salaried base pay and

Qualifications

• Candidates welcome with any level of customer service experience; training provided.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and own a laptop with webcam.
• Willingness to complete licensing if required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally.
• Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom.
• Provide attentive, client-first service and build relationships.
• Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs.
• Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups.
• Participate in mentorship, training, and team development.
