This position emphasizes service excellence, clear communication, and the ability to work independently with flexible hours. No prior insurance experience is required; licensing is provided during onboarding.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Support clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism
• Walk individuals through supplemental benefit options
• Deliver client-centered service
• Handle documentation accurately and follow-ups
• Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom
