Job summary

AO Globe Life is hiring for a fully remote, independent contractor role. You will support clients through enrollment, present benefit options, and build lasting relationships through virtual consultations using Zoom.

No prior insurance experience is required; comprehensive training, licensing guidance, and mentorship are provided. Compensation is commission-based with weekly pay and growth opportunities within a purpose-driven team.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Own a computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
• Obtain the Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed activities.
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework and state licensing requirements at candidate's expense.

Responsibilities

• Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver high-quality, client-focused service.
• Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth.
• Present supplemental benefit options tailored to individuals or families.
• Hold client consultations virtually using Zoom and keep records up to date.
• Follow-up communication and maintain organized digital records.
