Premise Health Inc. is seeking a Director of Client Operations to oversee and direct the operations of multiple employer worksites across a geographic area, delivering strategic value and client satisfaction.

This full-time remote role leads site leadership, manages a portfolio of $2M-$10M in gross annual revenue, and coordinates with corporate departments to meet client needs. The role requires a RN license, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 10+ years in a business environment, and proven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Occupational Health experience required.
• Registered Nurse licensure required.
• 10+ years’ experience in a business environment, managing others.
• Experience managing virtual teams and healthcare operations.
• Budget and P&L responsibility desired.
• Demonstrated leadership and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact on strategic integration and expansion opportunities.
• Identify processes to improve health centers' performance and define metrics.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring at the site level.
• Own client/site meetings, committees, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Oversee operation management of up to 15 centers and 10 clients.
• Coordinate communication across virtual sites and manage multi-line services.
