Parmele Disability Advocates in Springfield, MO is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to be the first point of contact for SSDI and VA disability clients. You will present our services, gather information, and guide prospects through the intake process.

The role blends customer service, relationship building, and administrative support. You will explain options, build rapport, and coordinate next steps with attorneys and internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

About the Role

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for individuals seeking assistance with Social Security Disability (SSDI) and Veterans Affairs (VA) disability claims.

This role combines customer service, relationship building, and administrative support. You'll help prospective clients understand our services, gather important information, and guide them through the next steps in the intake process.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, organized, and confident communicating with people from all walks of life.

What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound phone calls and live chat inquiries with professionalism, compassion, and urgency.


• Conduct outbound follow-up calls with individuals interested in SSDI or VA disability representation.


• Build rapport quickly and create a positive first impression of the firm.


• Clearly explain our services and help prospective clients understand available options.


• Gather and accurately document client information within the firm's systems.


• Schedule consultations and coordinate next steps in the onboarding process.


• Maintain accurate records and ensure all intake documentation is complete and up to date.


• Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to support a seamless client experience.


• Perform general administrative tasks related to client onboarding and intake.
