Job summary

SimplyInsured is seeking a Client Outreach Coordinator to join our Client Operations team. You will guide new groups from application through enrollment with the insurance carrier and ensure a smooth onboarding process for our customers.

You will engage via phone, text, and email, support annual benefits renewals, advise on coverage changes, and collaborate with revenue operations to deliver a high‑satisfaction experience. Salesforce is used to document interactions and account notes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Life and Health Insurance license or the ability to obtain one within 3 months of employment.
• Positive and optimistic personality with strong customer empathy.
• Highly productive with good multitasking skills.
• Able to work across multiple channels in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding process of new groups from application through enrollment.
• Assist customers with annual benefits renewals and any coverage or carrier changes.
• Provide proactive onboarding support via phone, text, and email and reconcile issues for customers.
• Collaborate with revenue operations and support teams to ensure a high-satisfaction experience.
• Maintain detailed notes and records in Salesforce for customer accounts and interactions.
