Job summary

Twin Health is hiring a Client Onboarding & Operations Associate in the United States. You will own end-to-end onboarding for Twin programs, solve problems, and communicate with customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for members and clients.

You will coordinate across functions, train customers, and analyze data to drive program results. The role suits someone organized, collaborative, and motivated by rapid growth and complex clinical delivery models.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of onboarding and customer facing experience.
• 2 - 5 years of health tech client onboarding and project management experience.
• Experience with health benefits, health plans or systems.
• Ability to communicate with senior executives and execution teams.
• Exceptionally strong project management skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive client value by establishing relationships with stakeholders and leading onboarding end-to-end.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Client Success, Growth, Product, and Engineering.
• Train customers on Twin programs to drive adoption and enrollment.
• Analyze customer data pre- and post-launch to provide actionable insights.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and risks to ensure on-time launches.
