Job summary

Moaddel Law Firm seeks an experienced Intake Attorney to be the first contact for prospective clients in Immigration. You will assess case viability, guide clients through complex matters, and oversee intake strategy without handling a caseload.

Role requires JD, active bar license, 3–5 years in immigration law, including litigation, and proficiency in English and Spanish. Hybrid/Remote setup with a strong focus on client service and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• JD and active bar license in good standing.
• 3–5 years of Immigration Law experience including litigation.
• Experience with Family Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR removal defense, Citizenship, and USCIS applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Business Development team’s legal strategy to ensure intake information and retainer agreements follow firm protocols.
• Conduct strategic legal consultations and case evaluations in person, via virtual platforms or phone.
• Advise on immigration options including removal defense and family-based petitions.
• Review consultations, intake forms, and supporting documents to assess case viability.
• Develop case strategy and prepare clients and witnesses for court and USCIS interviews.
• Draft, review, and submit legal briefs on immigration matters.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, client experience, and operational efficiency
