BairesDev is seeking a Client Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing programs aimed at engaging, retaining, and growing our existing client base. You will work closely with marketing and customer success teams to deliver relevant, timely communications that strengthen client relationships.

You will plan campaigns, create client-facing materials, coordinate with account teams, and track performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client marketing or B2B marketing.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle stages and retention.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute client marketing campaigns including email programs and webinars.
• Develop client-facing materials such as newsletters and onboarding guides.
• Coordinate with customer success and account teams to align marketing with clients.
• Track campaign performance metrics like open rates and retention.
• Maintain client segmentation and CRM data accuracy.
• Contribute to case studies and client success stories with content teams.
