Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Client Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing programs targeting existing clients. You will collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to deliver timely communications that strengthen relationships.

You will plan campaigns, craft client-facing materials, and coordinate with account teams to align efforts with client needs, while tracking performance and refining segmentation for better retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client marketing, customer marketing, or B2B marketing.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to tailor messaging for different client segments.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of client marketing campaigns, including email programs, webinars, and targeted content.
• Assist in developing client-facing materials such as newsletters, onboarding guides, and product update communications.
• Coordinate with customer success and account management teams to align marketing activities with client needs.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics, including open rates, engagement, and retention indicators.
• Maintain client segmentation lists and ensure CRM data accuracy for targeted communications.
• Contribute to the development of case studies and client success stories in collaboration with content teams.
