Job summary

Coverbase Inc. is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with customers to get them live on the Coverbase platform. Formal education is not strictly required, but a fierce can-do attitude and desire to make something of yourself are essential.

Our US-based, fully remote team gathers once per quarter somewhere in the continental US, with flights and lodging covered. You’ll collaborate with customers, build API integrations, fix bugs, and maintain technical docs to scale the product.

• You have the foundational skills of a software engineer: you navigate your dev environment, are confident with SQL and Git, perform code reviews, and debug effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customers – gather integration requirements and align with business objectives.
• Build API Integrations – design data exchange, APIs, and webhooks for seamless integrations.
• Bug Fixes and Feature Upgrades – push production code to fix issues and implement small enhancements.
• Maintain Documentation – create and maintain integration designs, data flows, and procedures.
• Grow and Scale Coverbase – support code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
