Job summary

Livetripexperience is seeking a Client Care Coordinator (Travel) to manage the logistical side of clients' travel experiences. This remote role focuses on precise handling of bookings, changes, and inquiries, with an emphasis on attention to detail and clear communication.

The ideal candidate thrives in a remote environment, is highly organized, and comfortable using digital tools to support clients through travel regulations and policies. Training will be provided to ensure success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between clients and travel providers to resolve questions and issues.

• Provide clear, step-by-step assistance to clients regarding travel regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with the remote team to streamline service processes and improve client satisfaction
