Job summary

Connection is seeking a remote, full-time team member to support client orders and data entry. The role involves responding to client requests, processing orders, and providing quotes within established guidelines. You will work with ERP/CRM systems, ensuring accurate order tracking and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Preferred basic knowledge of Inside Sales or a similar client-facing role that required heavy data entry into an ERP or CRM.

Responsibilities

• Responds timely to client requests and promptly places basic simple orders within company guidelines.
• Understands shipment cutoff times for major distribution partners and carriers.
• Proactively communicates order placements, ETA and back order information to clients.
• Escalates cost changes/EOL to Sales Operations Advisor or account manager.
• Provides timely basic quotes for simple velocity products within 4 hours.
• Provides administrative support for open order tracking, reporting, and inquiries on sales orders.
• Enters and updates order information in the system for team access.
• Responds to client emails for tracking, serial numbers, and packing slips.
• Initiates the returned merchandise process and RMAs when needed.
