AO Globe Life is seeking new team members for a fully remote, mission-driven team that values people first. This role suits recent graduates in business, marketing, or communications and others who thrive in service-oriented environments.

Training, inbound client interest, and ongoing mentorship enable a lasting career from anywhere in the United States. You’ll walk clients through enrollment, guide through personalized supplemental benefits, and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom.

Competenze

• Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required
• A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet
• Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable
• Ease with virtual tools and video meetings
• Eligible to work in the United States

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
