Job summary

AO Globe Life is offering a fully remote independent contractor role suitable for graduates in business, marketing, or communications. You will build client relationships, conduct virtual consultations via Zoom, and participate in mentorship with structured training and licensing provided.

Work 100% remotely nationwide in the United States, with performance-based commissions, weekly pay, and potential equity. No cold outreach; leads are inbound and a clear path into leadership is available.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at candidate’s expense.
• No prior insurance experience required.
