Job summary

You will deliver and support laptop and Windows 365 services for employees and contractors, develop deployment scripts, and remediate workstation vulnerabilities across the enterprise. Ideal candidates have hands-on Intune, PowerShell, PSADT, AdminStudio, and packaging experience for Windows 11; strong scripting and remediation skills; and a focus on reliability and security in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field or commensurate experience.
• 3 years of experience in Information Technology required.
• Experience developing and deploying software/packages for Windows 11 environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, designs, develops, documents, and implements complex end-user computing solutions.
• Provide highly available software distribution and patch management.
• Monitor performance and maintain system stability.
• Support and ensure reliability of deployed technologies and processes.
• Be willing to adjust schedule for maintenance/upgrades and participate in on-call rotation.
