Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting ConfigMgr in large enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience administering Intune and modern endpoint management solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage and support ConfigMgr and Intune environments for secure, reliable endpoint management.
Design, implement, and maintain OS deployment solutions for Windows 11 devices.
Develop, test, and troubleshoot task sequences, deployments, software distribution, and OS upgrades.
Manage endpoint lifecycle activities including imaging, driver management, packaging, patching, and automation.
Support enterprise migration initiatives and technology modernization projects.
Monitor system performance, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and procedures.
Mentor junior team members and promote adherence to security standards.
