Job summary

Sedulo Group is seeking a seasoned Director to lead Life Sciences Strategy & Intelligence engagements. You will guide client engagements, shape strategic direction, and mentor teams while delivering actionable insights for pharma, biotech, and medical device clients.

You will elevate competitive intelligence and strategic research, turning complex data into executive-ready narratives. A true player-coach, you’ll drive quality, impact, and client value across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline required.
• Advanced degree strongly preferred (MS, PharmD, PhD, MBA).
• 6–10+ years of experience in life sciences consulting, pharma/biotech competitive intelligence, market intelligence, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pharma, Biotech, and Medical Device Strategy Engagements and oversee multiple client engagements.
• Elevate competitive intelligence, strategic insights, and research-driven strategy across engagements.
• Turn complex clinical, scientific, and market data into concise, executive-ready insights.
• Mentor and develop client engagement teams while guiding high-priority workstreams.
