Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, communication, journalism, marketing, or related field.
• 1+ years of agency or related experience.
• Some remote-work experience preferred and demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Proven technical competence with Word, Excel, Outlook, and social publishing platforms.
• Multimedia digital knowledge preferred.
• Experience collaborating in fast-paced teams.
• Understanding of industry trends and a passion for innovation and client service.
• Exceptional client and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Interact with clients and customers via phone, chat, and email to understand marketing needs and resolve escalations.
• Maintain accurate profile and communication records with proactive reporting.
• Coach customers and partners in creating brand-compliant content and documentation.
• Review marketing materials against guidelines to determine eligible reimbursement.
• Collaborate with customers to boost participation and content performance across platforms.
• Serve as a liaison, leading partnerships with internal teams.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in idea-sharing sessions.
• Provide ongoing feedback and status updates to customers.
• Troubleshoot website functionality issues with IT as needed.
• Perform monthly release testing and QA for enhancements.
• Conduct self-QC and ensure quality and productivity; verify pre-payment accuracy and compliance.
• Mentor peers to increase program and platform knowledge and quality.
• Able to flex responsibilities as needed.
