Ansira is seeking a Sr. Specialist to support local channel partners and advertising partners, driving superior customer service while aligning with client priorities. You will manage communications, ensure brand compliance, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize program performance.

You will review marketing materials, assist with content submissions, and mentor peers to expand program knowledge. Some remote-work experience is preferred in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing, or related field.
• 1+ years of agency or related experience.
• Some remote-work experience preferred and demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Proven technical competence including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and social publishing platforms.

Responsabilités

• Work with clients via phone, chat, and email to understand marketing needs and resolve escalations independently.
• Maintain accurate profiles and communication records with proactive reporting.
• Coach customers and partners in creating brand‑compliant content and documentation.
• Review marketing materials against guidelines and brand standards for reimbursement eligibility.
• Help increase participation, engagement rates, and content performance across platforms.
• Lead partnerships by acting as a liaison with internal teams; collaborate with the team.
• Provide ongoing feedback and status updates to customers.
