Virtasant is seeking a Client Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end engagements across delivery, stakeholder mgmt, and account growth. You will be the face of Virtasant for assigned accounts, ensuring high-quality outcomes and long-term partnerships.

This highly client-facing role requires strong communication, delivery rigor, and the ability to lead globally distributed teams in fast-paced environments. You will align business goals with technical execution and drive measurable client impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in complex software engineering or technology consulting engagements.
• Experience owning client accounts end-to-end including leadership, risk, and growth.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and guide clients through complex initiatives.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity with strong execution standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements end-to-end across delivery, stakeholder management, and growth.
• Serve as the face of Virtasant for assigned accounts and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Lead both operational and strategic aspects of engagements, identifying opportunities to increase value.
• Coordinate globally distributed teams to align business goals with technical delivery.
• Communicate clearly with clients and leadership, manage schedules, risks, and issues.
• Establish reporting mechanisms focused on measurable business impact.
