Job summary

Based in Auburndale, MA, you’ll build advertiser relationships, forecast revenue, and provide timely reporting while handling multiple deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt of online creative materials to meet deadlines for media campaigns.
• Build relationships with advertisers to support campaigns and loyalty.
• Communicate campaign status with Sales, CSM and Product Ops teams.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Share order status and performance updates with Sales Reps.
• Forecast and recognize revenue on a weekly basis.
• Set up auto-reporting and own client reporting deliveries.
• Process campaign changes with sales and clients to set expectations.
• Ensure proof of delivery and month-end close tasks.
