Job summary

Informa TechTarget in Auburndale, MA is seeking a Client Delivery Specialist to coordinate online media materials, manage campaign changes, and provide top-tier customer service. You will liaise with Sales, CSM, and Product Ops to track status, performance, and timelines, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting and timely reporting.

A BA/BS and proven client-management skills are required; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven sales and client management abilities, preferably to the advertising and agency marketplace.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines, phone calls and projects.
• Accurate data entry skills and problem solving ability; work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt of online creative materials to meet media campaign deadlines.
• Build relationships with advertisers to support and fulfill campaigns.
• Communicate with Sales, CSM, Product Ops about campaign status and execution.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide order status and performance updates to Sales Reps.
• Forecast and recognize revenue on a weekly basis.
• Set up auto-reporting and manage client reporting deliveries.
• Process campaign changes with Sales and clients regarding impact and timing.
• Secure proof of delivery and month-end close tasks.
