• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread client threads, maintain SLA discipline, and conduct authorized proactive outreach to clients.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate, timely client notes in the system without copying unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify and escalate red flags, complaints, or security incidents per company rules.
