• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread threads, ensure SLA compliance, and conduct proactive client outreach.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes in the system without unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify and elevate red flags or issues per company rules.
