Assetara Limited is seeking a Client Relationship & Support Specialist to join our team remotely for the San Antonio Dist 8, USA region. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, providing professional, concierge-level account assistance within the Assetara workspace.

Responsibilities include client communication, scheduling calls, reviewing portfolio context, CRM administration, and strict adherence to compliance and data protection rules.

Qualifications

• Professional remote work discipline, time management, and availability window compliance.
• Strict adherence to operational, security, and compliance guidelines (including initial training and identity checks).
• Absolute commitment to confidentiality, data protection regulations, and anti-fraud protocols.
• Must never provide personalized investment advice, promise guaranteed returns, handle client funds/private keys, or use unapproved external communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise communication within the official Assetara workspace.
• Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context in advance, and assist clients with platform navigation while adhering to compliance limits.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread client threads, handle SLA compliance, and conduct authorized proactive outreach to clients.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate, timely client notes within the system without copying unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify red flags, complaints, security incidents, or matters outside authorized boundaries per company rules.
