Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Provide professional, warm, and concise communication within Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Concierge Support: Conduct scheduled client calls, review portfolio context, and assist with platform navigation while complying with limits.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread threads, maintain SLA discipline, and perform proactive outreach to clients.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes in the system while avoiding unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify red flags and escalate matters per compliance rules.
