PedrosVacations is seeking dependable, service-oriented individuals for Remote Client Services (Travel + Leisure). This fully remote role offers a flexible schedule, structured training, and ongoing support to help clients with questions, planning, reservations, and coordination.

You'll communicate with clients to understand preferences, assist with scheduling and confirmations, research accommodations and activities, organize itineraries, and maintain accurate client records.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients about preferences and requests.
• Assist with scheduling, reservations, and confirmations.
• Provide updates and follow up on pending items.
• Research accommodations, activities, and transportation options.
• Help organize itinerary and planning details.
• Maintain accurate client records.
