The role emphasizes aging analysis, securing payment commitments, documenting actions, and collaborating with Billing, Sales, and Contracting teams to resolve discrepancies while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client collections or healthcare AR.
• Experience managing aging portfolios and B2B collection follow-up.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, billing systems, and related software.

Responsabilités

• Manage an assigned portfolio of client-billed accounts receivable and prioritize collection activities.
• Contact clients to obtain payment status, secure commitments, and resolve overdue balances.
• Review aging reports, invoices, and notes before outreach.
• Document collection contacts and next steps in designated systems.
• Escalate high-risk accounts and support account reviews with the team.
• Support month-end collection activities and cash flow reporting.
