Job summary

Winning Assistants is seeking a proactive Spa Receptionist & Sales Virtual Assistant to be the first contact for clients. This role combines client support, appointment management, lead nurturing, and sales, ideal for someone who enjoys relationship building while helping grow the business in an all-female team serving an all-female clientele.

This is a full-time, remote role requiring clear English, CRM/booking software experience, and upselling skills.

Qualifications

Previous experience in appointment setting, client care, or customer service.
Sales experience is required.
Experience with upselling packages or memberships is highly preferred.
Experience in the spa, beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industry is preferred.
HIPAA certification or HIPAA compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound phone calls and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Follow up with new leads through phone calls, text messages, and multiple messaging platforms.
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage client appointments.
Upsell services and memberships during client interactions.
Provide daily virtual office support and manage communications.
