Qualifications

• The role requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years in customer service are required.
• Strong listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to adapt pace and style to meet customer needs and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Provide feature training and installation support for customers and installers.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for service level, first contact resolution, and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and follow SOPs.
• Address customer frustration with empathy and clear guidance.
• Identify recurring issues and improve outreach strategies with the team.
